Exciting new play experience at The Hullabaloo!

Ahoy there landlubbers!

Set sail for The Hullabaloo this summer for Pirate Play, Theatre Hullabaloo’s newest treasure trove of a playscape for everyone aged 0-7 and their grown-up shipmates to enjoy.

Hoist the sails, load the canons and rattle the pans in the galley kitchen on our pirate play galleon. Don your pirate hat and eye patch and get stuck into the golden sand of our palm-fringed beach. For our baby buccaneers, there is a crawl through the waves onto a sensory treasure island and opportunities to snuggle for tales of sea farers and shark infested waters.

As with all Theatre Hullabaloo’s original playscapes, you can expect lots of different types of play and schemas to stretch your little ones’ imaginations and help them burn off some of that swashbuckling energy! There’s areas for younger babies and pre-walkers too and we even have some fantastic pirate illustrations from some of our most treasured picture books.

Pirate Play is an originally commissioned playscape which is part of Theatre Hullabaloo’s FREE summer of play activities for families.
