The Sleep Show

Tuck in, let the magic of sleep unfold around you, and embrace the journey to dreamland

The Sleep Show is a dreamy performance which transforms the mysteries of sleep into a playful adventure. It mixes captivating dance and imaginative storytelling to explore all the funny and frustrating parts of trying to fall asleep, the fidgeting, the big thoughts, and that feeling of not wanting to miss a thing.

Instead of making bedtime stressful, the show turns it into something fun, magical, and wonderfully silly at times. Expect soft, cosy vibes, high energy fun, eclectic music, and boundless imagination, creating a world where a bedtime story truly jumps off the page and comes to life on stage.

It’s the perfect show to spark gentle chats between kids and parents about why sleep matters.

The Sleep Show is perfect for children who love to get involved as there will be the chance to join in on stage! Plus the performers will be asking children questions throughout. But of course if your child prefers to sit back, that’s totally fine too!
