A Hullabaloo in Space

Come and join us for an intergalactic journey at A Hullabaloo in Space

What will you be? An astronaut, an alien, a spaceship or something entirely different? Work with a local artist to create your very own space props to prepare you for your adventure across the universe.

We’ll be creating our own A Hullabaloo in Space with games, music and dancing at our space party. There will be craft activities, a planetarium show, stories in the cafe and you will have an opportunity to be one of the first to explore our new creative play installation, Stardust!

A Hullabaloo in Space morning session – 10.30am -12.30pm
A Hullabaloo in space afternoon session – 1.00pm – 3.00pm

Babe in arms: For productions that are not created for or aimed at babies we offer a free babes in arms ticket for those under 12 months old. A ticket is still required and is subject to availability. Please call the Box Office on 01325 405 405 to book this ticket.

Planetarium show

Your ticket includes a planetarium show, this will last approx. 30 mins and will include a live presenter talking you through your journey into space. Join us for a story-telling introduction to the moon, stars and the beauty of the night time sky. Find out how to see a picture of Orion as a dot-to-dot in the winter sky and hear some of the wonderful stories written into the stars.

Please sign up for which show you would like to see as you arrive. Planetarium shows are available at the following times:

Morning – 10.35am, 11.20am, 12.05pm
Afternoon – 1.05pm, 1.50pm, 2.30pm

Please note that the pop-up planetarium will be a dark space to enable you to see the projections clearly, however the show has been designed for a variety of age groups so the content will be suitable for ages 3+
