A gentle movement/dance class designed to get you moving in a safe fun way with your baby safely in a sling or baby carrier
Suitable from 8 weeks +
Enjoy moving with your little one whilst helping your body regain strength and posture and improving your mental wellbeing. Release oxytocin to reinforce bonding with your baby. This is a stimulating class for babies’ development through sound and movement.
Emma, our class leader has extensive dance training and teaching experience, including a Masters in Dance and a Peer Supporter Course in Baby Wearing.
Classes are suitable for ages eight weeks onwards and are designed to be taken at your own pace for you and baby. Participants are encouraged to wear their little ones in slings or carriers. Please note that slings are not provided.
This is a 20 minute introductory taster session, full Sling and Sway sessions are available at Darlington Hippodrome
