Chill-abaloo Workshop

Chill out at The Hullabaloo with our well-being workshop.

Leave the children with us to have a well-earned chill in one of the two hour wellbeing sessions we are offering over May half term.

Kate Curzon, who has a passion for children’s mental health and wellbeing will run our Chill-abaloo workshop. Kate is a trained yoga teacher who specialises in working with children and she will ensure the workshop is lots of fun!

Activities will include: an introduction to meditation; a child friendly Hatha yoga class and a mindful craft activity.

Come dressed in comfy clothing. Bring a water bottle and an open mind.

The perfect way to enjoy the holidays!

Suitable for children aged 6-10 years.

1pm – 3pm

Duration: 2 hours

Tickets: £10 each / £8 for sibling discount.
